Here’s how I’ve been preparing for that next big step.
1. Build a Strong Officiating Resume
Experience is key to advancing in the officiating world. My goal has been to officiate at high school, regional, and collegiate levels to gain exposure and build credibility.
To strengthen my officiating background:
